Shipping & Delivery:

• Capsule Houses:

  • Specialized Logistics: Delivery of capsule houses requires specialized freight and handling. We will coordinate with trusted logistics partners to arrange transport to your specified location.

  • Delivery Area: We deliver to a wide range of postcodes. Please confirm delivery availability for your specific location during the consultation or checkout process.

  • Lead Times: Production and delivery lead times for capsule houses typically range from 3-45 working days, as per your location from the receipt of payment, and can vary based on model, customization, and geographic location. Exact lead times will be provided with your order confirmation.

  • Site Preparation: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery site is accessible, cleared, and properly prepared for the capsule house placement (e.g., concrete platform ready as per installation guidelines). Our team can provide guidance on site requirements.

  • Receipt of Delivery: An authorized adult must be present at the delivery site to inspect the capsule house upon arrival and sign for its acceptance. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt immediately.

• Accessories & Components:

  • Smaller accessories and components will be shipped via standard parcel services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Cancellations:

• Capsule Houses:

  • Final Sale (Custom Orders): Given the significant customization, production, and logistical investment, all orders for capsule houses are considered final sale once production has commenced. We encourage thorough review during the consultation and before final order confirmation.

  • Damages upon Arrival: In the rare event of significant structural damage to the capsule house during transit, this must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt at the time of inspection. Please also immediately contact our customer support team with photographic evidence, and we will work to assess and resolve the issue.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations for capsule house orders may be possible only before production has begun, subject to an administrative fee. Once production has started, cancellation is generally not possible.

• Accessories & Components:

  • Unused accessories and components in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply.

  • Damaged or defective accessories will be replaced or refunded. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt with details and photographic evidence.

• Temperature Control: Maintain stable interior temperatures with your HVAC system to prevent extreme fluctuations that could stress materials. The double-layer Low-E glass helps with insulation, but active climate control is recommended.

Specific Component Care:

• Glass Panels (Double-layer hollow Low-E):

  • Clean with glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals.

  • Inspect seals periodically for any signs of wear or degradation to maintain thermal efficiency.

• Solid Wood Elements (Frame, Interior Panels):

  • Protect from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping (though durable, wood benefits from protection).

  • Clean with wood-appropriate cleaners; avoid excessive moisture.

• Aluminum Panel Shell:

  • Inspect periodically for any scratches or dings. While durable, sharp impacts can cause damage.

  • Avoid acidic or highly alkaline cleaning agents which can damage the high-temperature sprayed surface.

• Plumbing Fixtures (Jomoo, Panasonic/Kohler):

  • Clean faucets, basins, and shower nozzles with non-abrasive bathroom cleaners.

  • Regularly check for leaks around connections.

• Appliances (A/C, Water Heater, etc.):

  • Follow the manufacturer's specific care and maintenance instructions for all included appliances (e.g., clean A/C filters, drain water heater periodically if recommended).
